Now that it's getting closer & closer to 2018 I thought I would put down a few of my 2018 goals & pretty much things I want to work on to better myself for the new year. I pray that 2018 brings me nothing but blessings. I've learned a lot of valuable life lessons & have had my ups & downs in 2017 but now this year is gonna be nothing but positivity. This year is definitely going to be the year I start going back to the gym more & more often. Me & my mom are going to buy a excersize bike & we're going to have it somewhere in the house so hopefully that will motivate me to do cardio daily & to get my lazy butt off of the couch & be more fit. This year I'm going to do a lot of relaxation things & really start journaling my feelings more & more often when times get tough instead of bottleing in feelings & making myself so stressed. My main problem is that I overthink every little thing even the tone of someone's voice ...

I just wanted to post this because I am so proud of my lip color today. I mixed 2 Lip creams together. The Rome Matte Lip Cream & the Rome Metallic Lip Cream. I'm so proud of how it turned out & it looked great with my sweater today which by the way I got it at AGACI a few years ago.

I already opened up all of the Lip creams because I was super anxious to try the colors out & my favorite out of all of them so far is the Rome lip cream. Also I love how my new Highlighter feels. It's so soothing on my skin & it's not too cakey like a lot of the highlighters that I see around these days. Thanks Mady for the amazing Christmas presents!

So the past 24 hours have been insane as I took a trip with my family to Bastrop for my aunt & uncle's 50th wedding anniversary party. The place we stayed at was this super gorgeous resort that was almost in the middle of nowhere but it was so secluded from everything it really made you feel like you got away on a vacation. I'm going to show several pics of how gorgeous this place was & how great of a time I had with my family!

ABH Liquid Lipstick Kathryn I'm wearing the ABH Liquid Lipstick I got in this selfie of me in the snow (it's a rare occassiom in Corpus I know). I got the Lipstick at the Dillard's sale last week & they were 16 dollars y'all I had to pick one up since I've been dying to try one & I am highly impressed. It's totally worth the money! I 10/10 recommend!

Nope I probably haven't accomplished one thing from my last bucket list but let's try this again of fun holiday things I wanna do! - I've been working on the blog every chance I've gotten to & I've definitely improved a lot but there's still a lot I wanna work on to better myself on the blog. I'm currently blogging on my computer which is a very rare occasion so maybe I'll play around with some effects to make the blog somewhat presentable. - I also wanna drink more cinnamon coffee because I had some yesterday morning while it was snowing (it's a rare occasion in Corpus for it to snow) & I became obsessed! - I don't know about y'all but this cold weather constantly makes me crave 3 things. Jason's Deli, McAlister's, & Starbucks. I haven't been to any of those 3 places in forever & by forever I mean weeks & months. That's definitely a must have for me so I can stop craving it like I'm craving all 3...

I know I'm single & I've maybe only been on a few dates or "hang outs" or whatever it was called but  for any guys that read this blog which is probably none for now these are different holiday date ideas that every girl basically wants to be taken on. I personally wanna be taken on these dates as well so HINT HINT! Most of these dates will be Corpus based dates by the way. Christmas Light Looking: For any Corpus guys reading this almost every girl wants to be taken on a Candy Cane Lane date. I wanna even be taken out on this kind of date. It's honestly such a pure & innocent date especially for the first date. Walks Downtown In The Cold: Especially downtown Corpus. Cruising downtown is pretty nice but walking down there in the cold is nice as well for a date. Just walking & talking about life by the Harbor Lights tree & by the water. I would definitely wanna be taken out on that type of date. Hockey Game/Ice Skating: I suck at ice skating...

I'm going to start making bucket lists of what I wanna do with my friends for this Christmas break coming up as everyone starts becoming more available to hanging out & stuff. I probably won't accomplish every single thing on this bucket list but if I do I will definitely be tweeting about it & posting pics on Instagram. - This one will definitely happen but inbetween working a lot I definitely need to take time to relax, discover new music, & binge watch new shows. I'm currently binge watching The OC on Hulu. It's a show I've been wanting to watch for a while now & this show is so entertaining. I just love 2000s teen dramas. - Update my winter wardrobe & start going through my closet getting rid of old winter clothes that I want to sell to the local resale shops in town. I never really get to overly update my winter wardrobe because it really only gets cold here like twice a year so what's the point in buying a bunch of winter clothes yo...

Every year at Christmas for my family at least the treats is what makes the holidays the best. My personal favorite tradition that my family does is that we make this fudge recipe that's literally the best thing in the whole world.
