Summer Life Conclusion

Summer 2017 Conclusion Post

This summer has been one crazy one!! I have grown so much over the summer it has been insane & that was honestly my main summer goal was to grow into a stronger me. I have gotten a lot stronger since the beginning of the summer & that honestly makes me so happy. This summer was so different from other summers I've had.

I have had a lot of much needed rest for the most part this summer & I'm thankful I got to have that restful time before taking on this whole 2 job world which y'all it is so exhausting. Lowkey throughout the whole summer interview after interview I was struggling to find second work & the timing for my second job came right at the perfect time.

Probably the hardest thing I had to do this summer was let go of summer traditions that had been going on for years for example me deciding not to go to camp this year after going 9 years in a row. I realized later it was for the best & honestly letting go of that last little bit of my childhood helped me grow.

I'm proud of the person I've become over the summer & I can't wait to see what the future brings. I've had so much fun documenting my fun summer adventures but it's time to say goodbye to summer & hello to taking my adult responsibilities a lot more seriously. I hope I get to document my next summer as well.

8 Years of Content Creating. I haven't celebrated a blogging anniversary in a really long time, but I was looking back on when I started this blog and how long it has been, it absolutely blew my mind. I wish I could tell that lonely & confused 19-year-old me that at almost 28 years old, she is living most of the content creating dream she has always wanted. Thank y'all for being on this ride for 8 years <3 Instagram: @jessicanicoledeleon Podcast: It's A BOP! with Jess on Spotify

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City Hey guys! Today we will be doing a fashion themed post & today's theme is making fall fashion cute but if you live in a southern coastal city where it is still 90 degrees outside. I feel like there is not enough recognition for coastal falls, especially in fashion so today, we are going to get realistic about fall fashion while it is still 90 degrees outside. Neutrals Go with EVERYTHING! No matter if you are doing a tank top and shorts look or even a sweater with jeans (if you risk being sweaty after the fact), neutrals are a GO TO for every season but mostly for fall. Lean towards your black, white, & even like an oatmeal type of neutral colored clothing & focus on those when building your coastal fall wardrobe. Neutral Outfit Inspo from Pinterest Tube Tops with Light Cardigans Whether you are wearing the tube top with shorts or jeans, if you really want to channel that fall look or even if you are going somewhere indoors wher...

How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026 Outfit Details: Top: Abercrombie & Fitch Shorts: Nordstrom Hey guys! I know I have been MIA from the blog for a while (most of the year actually) but I went MIA for very good reasons!  2025 has been full of blessings and amazing memories. As we start goal setting for 2026, I want to recap how 2025 became my best year yet and how going into 2026, I am feeling such a fresh mindset and this positive momentum we had in 2025 will in fact continue in 2026. I want to continue to be a positive force within not only myself but also for the people around me as well. 2025 became the year I have been longing for since I stepped into this crazy world of adulthood at 18 years old and that is, working full time in marketing/social media. Within the company I have worked for the past 2 1/2 years, this past June I switched departments from Membership/Recruitment to full on Marketing which if you have been following me for a while has been...
