Adulting & Adventuring with Jess - 3/22/19 - SPRING IS HERE!! Let's Chat!

Hey guys I've had a pretty crazy day already so I really just wanted to take a moment on this beautiful Friday & blog! Blogging really is just an escape to everything going on in my life right now. I can talk about basically whatever I want on here & it feels good! It's been so beautiful outside lately so I posted this pic above of me yesterday at Brewster's Street enjoying a lovely Margarita!

Right now I'm currently on my couch resting up for the craziness of retail peak days aka the weekend!

I need all of the rest possible especially with how crazy the weekend is going to be for me working wise!

For someone who is so busy I sure do watch a whole lot of TV! Recently I just started watching a new show that premiered this week called The Village. It comes on after This Is Us on Tuesdays & ya girl got soo emotional!! Definitely a must watch!

I'm loving this sun & I know with how Corpus is we don't know how long this will last but let's cherish it while we have it!

This weather makes me want to lay out by the pool with either a Snoball in my hand or a very cold frozen Margarita!

Honestly so much has been happening lately that I need to rest up & just appreciate the blessings I do have in my life.

I'm blessed with the amazing support of my family & friends! I'm also blessed with all of the fun opportunities God continues to give me!

I'm also thankful for fashion too! I've been finding the cutest new pieces for Spring that I can't wait to show y'all!

Stay tuned for some new fashion posts I've really been feeling inspired to doing fun new ideas & links to fun outfits! If you have ever enjoyed those kind of posts please let me know! It would mean the world!

The one thing I need to work on more is opening up more on here & it's super nerve racking but I'll have the courage to do it eventually!

There's so much I've been keeping real to myself that I should be speaking up about but there again I wanna get personal on here but not too much you feel??

I'm going to get some much needed rest but I hope y'all have a relaxed weekend!

8 Years of Content Creating. I haven't celebrated a blogging anniversary in a really long time, but I was looking back on when I started this blog and how long it has been, it absolutely blew my mind. I wish I could tell that lonely & confused 19-year-old me that at almost 28 years old, she is living most of the content creating dream she has always wanted. Thank y'all for being on this ride for 8 years <3 Instagram: @jessicanicoledeleon Podcast: It's A BOP! with Jess on Spotify

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City Hey guys! Today we will be doing a fashion themed post & today's theme is making fall fashion cute but if you live in a southern coastal city where it is still 90 degrees outside. I feel like there is not enough recognition for coastal falls, especially in fashion so today, we are going to get realistic about fall fashion while it is still 90 degrees outside. Neutrals Go with EVERYTHING! No matter if you are doing a tank top and shorts look or even a sweater with jeans (if you risk being sweaty after the fact), neutrals are a GO TO for every season but mostly for fall. Lean towards your black, white, & even like an oatmeal type of neutral colored clothing & focus on those when building your coastal fall wardrobe. Neutral Outfit Inspo from Pinterest Tube Tops with Light Cardigans Whether you are wearing the tube top with shorts or jeans, if you really want to channel that fall look or even if you are going somewhere indoors wher...

How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026 Outfit Details: Top: Abercrombie & Fitch Shorts: Nordstrom Hey guys! I know I have been MIA from the blog for a while (most of the year actually) but I went MIA for very good reasons!  2025 has been full of blessings and amazing memories. As we start goal setting for 2026, I want to recap how 2025 became my best year yet and how going into 2026, I am feeling such a fresh mindset and this positive momentum we had in 2025 will in fact continue in 2026. I want to continue to be a positive force within not only myself but also for the people around me as well. 2025 became the year I have been longing for since I stepped into this crazy world of adulthood at 18 years old and that is, working full time in marketing/social media. Within the company I have worked for the past 2 1/2 years, this past June I switched departments from Membership/Recruitment to full on Marketing which if you have been following me for a while has been...
