Summer Life - 7/25/17

7/25/17 - I Guess An Update On Me?

I wanted to post that selfie because that filter is adorable & I digged the selfie lol. This week probably has to be one of the weirdest weeks ever just because the things I would normally be doing this time of year I'm currently not doing for example camp. It warms my heart that my friends are having a blast but I just wish I could be there with them.

On top of all of that Justin Bieber cancelled his tour yesterday & I was suppose to see him on Saturday. I am so heartbroken by this because I have been waiting for this concert for months now & the fact it got cancelled absolutely destoryed me. I've never had a concert cancel on me before so the fact the one concert that had to cancel on me was Justin's breaks my heart.

It's almost no fair because back during the first leg of his Purpose Tour I tried getting tickets & it sold out & I was devestated. To hear that Justin was doing a second leg of the tour made me so happy because I was so destroyed the last time I couldn't get tickets & surprisingly I got tickets for the second leg.

It was almost like the timing was off & the timing for the Purpose Stadium Tour was perfect but you know what happened? He cancelled the tour. It's just not fair like I wonder if I'm ever going to see Justin Bieber live or bad luck is going to hit me everytime I try to attempt to get tickets? Some people may say that I'm being dramatic about it but SERIOUSLY TWICE NOW? This isn't fair.

I still love Justin & I hope he gets much needed rest but honestly he should have postponed the shows instead of cancel them. Everyone that got tickets for this tour should absolutely get free tickets for the next tour no ifs, ands, or buts. I sacrificed so much for this concert like I asked for the whole weekend off from work. This is just upsetting & frustrating.

I haven't celebrated a blogging anniversary in a really long time, but I was looking back on when I started this blog and how long it has been, it absolutely blew my mind. I wish I could tell that lonely & confused 19-year-old me that at almost 28 years old, she is living most of the content creating dream she has always wanted. Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City Hey guys! Today we will be doing a fashion themed post & today's theme is making fall fashion cute but if you live in a southern coastal city where it is still 90 degrees outside. I feel like there is not enough recognition for coastal falls, especially in fashion so today, we are going to get realistic about fall fashion while it is still 90 degrees outside. Neutrals Go with EVERYTHING! No matter if you are doing a tank top and shorts look or even a sweater with jeans (if you risk being sweaty after the fact), neutrals are a GO TO for every season but mostly for fall. Lean towards your black, white, & even like an oatmeal type of neutral colored clothing & focus on those when building your coastal fall wardrobe. How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026

How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026 Outfit Details: Top: Abercrombie & Fitch Shorts: Nordstrom Hey guys! I know I have been MIA from the blog for a while (most of the year actually) but I went MIA for very good reasons!  2025 has been full of blessings and amazing memories. As we start goal setting for 2026, I want to recap how 2025 became my best year yet and how going into 2026, I am feeling such a fresh mindset and this positive momentum we had in 2025 will in fact continue in 2026. I want to continue to be a positive force within not only myself but also for the people around me as well. 2025 became the year I have been longing for since I stepped into this crazy world of adulthood at 18 years old and that is, working full time in marketing/social media. Within the company I have worked for the past 2 1/2 years, this past June I switched departments from Membership/Recruitment to full on Marketing which if you have been following me for a while has been...
