Reviewing My 2019 Spotify Wrapped - My Top 100 Songs of 2019
I'm so happy Spotify Wrapped is a thing this year & let me tell y'all my Spotify Wrapped this year was more accurate than it has ever been! Pretty much almost every song on my top 100 list I did indeed listen to a million times! Today's post I'll be reviewing my 2019 Spotify Wrapped & talking about the songs I've listened to on repeat all year & yes every song will be in the order Spotify put together for me!
#1-6 - My Most Streamed Songs!!

My top 6 doesn't surprise me what so ever! Obviously I was very excited about Austin Mahone releasing new music this year which if you don't already know is easily in my top 5 all time favorite artists. From when I was 14 to now his music has so much meaning to me & seeing this guy grow into the artist he is today absolutely warms my heart & I'm so blessed I'm still on this journey with him! Special by Jacob Whitesides is a jam & Jacob is another artist I've seen grown over the decade & again it warms my heart! Nice To Meet Ya is just a FREAKING BOP & the fact it wasn't ranked at least #2 shocks me a little bit & On My Way by PRETTYMUCH came out last year but it's the most BOPPIEST BOP EVER!! On My Way I'm convinced is an addiction, once you listen to it once you catch yourself listening to it 10000 more times!

Most of this list is definitely from me pregaming before attending the concerts I've had this year! I knew Take What You Want & Circles were going to be at the top for my most streamed Posty songs considering the fact they are my 2 favorites off of the album! Year 3000 kind of shocked me a little bit because I knew I listened to it a lot before the Happiness Begins album came out but #9 was a little higher than I expected! None of My Business by Cher Llyod is a BOP but I had no idea I listened to it so much considering the fact it came out last year but according to my #6 song I still listened to songs I listened to last year! Also, LIGHTS UP IS #14 GOD BLESS! The whole Fine Line album will probably be on my top 100 songs for 2020 next year MARK MY WORDS!

96% of the artists listed I did see live this year so it makes a ton of sense why a lot of these songs are listed! Mother's Daughter shocked me a little about how high it was ranked because again, I knew I listened to them a lot but I didn't know it was that much! Honestly, that whole EP with Mother's Daughter on it was so slept on this year! Y'all give Miley's new music some love! Also, I have an explanation for the Five song. At the beginning of the year, I attended a NSYNC/Backstreet Boys video dance party at Alamo Drafthouse & I listened to them so much during that time period that all my daily mixes were 90s/early 2000s boy bands which I had no issue with what so ever because I love boy bands especially from that era & I ran into a boy band from that time called Five on one of my daily mixes & their music was so much fun to workout to & just listen to in general. I highly recommend listening to them if you love 90s/early 2000s boy bands!

This is probably the most surprising part of my list! Of course the Post Malone, Jonas Brothers, Ariana, Lizzo, & Summer Walker don't shock me as much but really shocked me was the Austin music that was on this list! Maybe while I was doing my makeup or studying these songs came on & I just wasn't being picky on what songs I wanted to listen to. Not going to lie, all of the songs are really good but they are older songs than the ones that were listed at the beginning! I don't even remember the last time I listened to Way Up but it's still a good song! I love how Lovebug is #29. I'm surprised that wasn't where Year 3000 was considering the fact Lovebug is my favorite old Jonas Brothers song.

This list is everywhere! There's songs on here that I discovered this year, songs I've loved since I was young, songs from right after I graduated high school, & more! The biggest surprises on this part of the list were Put it On Me & Candy! I love both songs but I didn't think I listened to them on repeat especially Candy! Candy is literally a song from my childhood but I guess the throwbacks were really sneaking up on me this year! The most slept on song on this list is definitely Day Dreaming by Jack & Jack! It would take me forever to explain every single one's meaning in my life but the biggest surprise on this list was You Da One by Rihanna. I always tell people this is my all time favorite Rihanna song & considering it's from 2011/2012ish (it's probably 2011) it's still a all time favorite jam for me!
