Now that it's getting closer & closer to 2018 I thought I would put down a few of my 2018 goals & pretty much things I want to work on to better myself for the new year. I pray that 2018 brings me nothing but blessings. I've learned a lot of valuable life lessons & have had my ups & downs in 2017 but now this year is gonna be nothing but positivity. This year is definitely going to be the year I start going back to the gym more & more often. Me & my mom are going to buy a excersize bike & we're going to have it somewhere in the house so hopefully that will motivate me to do cardio daily & to get my lazy butt off of the couch & be more fit. This year I'm going to do a lot of relaxation things & really start journaling my feelings more & more often when times get tough instead of bottleing in feelings & making myself so stressed. My main problem is that I overthink every little thing even the tone of someone's voice ...
