Influenced - Trying New Fashion Trends

Influenced - Trying New Fashion Trends

So this may just look like just an average everyday outfit right?? There's very important details to the outfit that will be shown! For me personally each of these important details were kind of a risk for me to try out because I literally have nothing in my closet that are like these pieces what so ever but I loved how they looked together & I got so many compliments on the outfit as a whole!
First important detail about this top is the split back which absolutely drew me to getting the top! I've had split back tops before but this one was totally different from anything else I own! Also I've never been a fan of super see through blouses but I paired this with a super pretty lace bandeau (from Gilly Hicks by Hollister) & it completely complimented the outfit! I instantly fell in love!
This next detail that is my personal favorite about this specific outfit are these jeans!!! I love the dark wash strip on the side! I was simply originally trying these on to see what jeans would look like with the blouses I was trying on so I ran into these & loved them instantly!

I have seen online the jeans with red, yellow, or even white side strips & I always thought it would be way too casual for my style & wardrobe. I describe my style the most as trendy & comfortable.

I had so many mixed feelings when I first put this outfit on but it's probably one of my favorite outfits I've put together this season & trust me I'm going to get so much use out of both the top & the jeans!

I got the top & jeans at Francesca's! I got the lace bandeau at Hollister (in their Gilly Hicks section), & you can barely see the sandals but those are from AGACI!

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City Hey guys! Today we will be doing a fashion themed post & today's theme is making fall fashion cute but if you live in a southern coastal city where it is still 90 degrees outside. I feel like there is not enough recognition for coastal falls, especially in fashion so today, we are going to get realistic about fall fashion while it is still 90 degrees outside. Neutrals Go with EVERYTHING! No matter if you are doing a tank top and shorts look or even a sweater with jeans (if you risk being sweaty after the fact), neutrals are a GO TO for every season but mostly for fall. Lean towards your black, white, & even like an oatmeal type of neutral colored clothing & focus on those when building your coastal fall wardrobe. How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026 Outfit Details: Top: Abercrombie & Fitch Shorts: Nordstrom Hey guys! I know I have been MIA from the blog for a while (most of the year actually) but I went MIA for very good reasons!  2025 has been full of blessings and amazing memories. As we start goal setting for 2026, I want to recap how 2025 became my best year yet and how going into 2026, I am feeling such a fresh mindset and this positive momentum we had in 2025 will in fact continue in 2026. I want to continue to be a positive force within not only myself but also for the people around me as well. 2025 became the year I have been longing for since I stepped into this crazy world of adulthood at 18 years old and that is, working full time in marketing/social media. Within the company I have worked for the past 2 1/2 years, this past June I switched departments from Membership/Recruitment to full on Marketing which if you have been following me for a while has been...
