Hey guys! Happy BEAUTIFUL Sunday! I just got back from being downtown & guys it's such a beautiful day outside (or at least it is for Corpus)! If you live in Corpus, I highly recommend going outside & enjoying this beautiful breath of fresh air! These past 2 days weather wise have been so beautiful (I'm ready for Spring weather already)!!!

I don't know about y'all but I've had probably the most successful weekend I've had in a while! I have a lot to be proud of! If you didn't know already, I work at a bridal shop & I SOLD MY VERY FIRST WEDDING DRESS! I'm not going to lie, I was so nervous because a wedding dress is a pretty big deal (it's not just a $20 top or a bra it's SO MUCH MORE)! It truly brought a huge smile to my face which I haven't felt in a job in a pretty long time!

I also spent my Saturday night dog sitting my sister's dog (which shown above)! Sam had never been downtown & seen the water so we took him downtown & he had a huge smile on his face the entire time! He was very entertained by the seagulls by the bay (he's totally opposite of me because I hate seagulls)!

I knew 2020 was going to be one to remember & I'm already making memories that will last me a lifetime! I am super stoked for what else this year has for me!

I haven't celebrated a blogging anniversary in a really long time, but I was looking back on when I started this blog and how long it has been, it absolutely blew my mind. I wish I could tell that lonely & confused 19-year-old me that at almost 28 years old, she is living most of the content creating dream she has always wanted. Thank y'all for being on this ride for 8 years <3 Instagram: @jessicanicoledeleon Podcast: It's A BOP! with Jess on Spotify

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City

Making Fall Fashion Cute in a Coastal City Hey guys! Today we will be doing a fashion themed post & today's theme is making fall fashion cute but if you live in a southern coastal city where it is still 90 degrees outside. I feel like there is not enough recognition for coastal falls, especially in fashion so today, we are going to get realistic about fall fashion while it is still 90 degrees outside. Neutrals Go with EVERYTHING! No matter if you are doing a tank top and shorts look or even a sweater with jeans (if you risk being sweaty after the fact), neutrals are a GO TO for every season but mostly for fall. Lean towards your black, white, & even like an oatmeal type of neutral colored clothing & focus on those when building your coastal fall wardrobe. Neutral Outfit Inspo from Pinterest Tube Tops with Light Cardigans Whether you are wearing the tube top with shorts or jeans, if you really want to channel that fall look or even if you are going somewhere indoors wher...

How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026

How 2025 Became My Best Year Yet & 26 Goals for 2026 Outfit Details: Top: Abercrombie & Fitch Shorts: Nordstrom Hey guys! I know I have been MIA from the blog for a while (most of the year actually) but I went MIA for very good reasons!  2025 has been full of blessings and amazing memories. As we start goal setting for 2026, I want to recap how 2025 became my best year yet and how going into 2026, I am feeling such a fresh mindset and this positive momentum we had in 2025 will in fact continue in 2026. I want to continue to be a positive force within not only myself but also for the people around me as well. 2025 became the year I have been longing for since I stepped into this crazy world of adulthood at 18 years old and that is, working full time in marketing/social media. Within the company I have worked for the past 2 1/2 years, this past June I switched departments from Membership/Recruitment to full on Marketing which if you have been following me for a while has been...
