Happy Wednesday! It feels like Spring here in South Texas which makes me happy because I love warmer weather! Today's post is going to be about how I attended a Bachelor Watch Party at a local bar & how that experience was & I'm also going to talk about a little change I made not even an hour ago which is my new haircut!!
So, I've been a fan of the Bachelor since the summer after I graduated high school! The first season I watched was Jojo's Bachelorette season & really how I started watching it was I had the TV on & the premiere of Jojo's season happened to be on & I immediately was hooked! It's so predictable, cheesy, dramatic, & so much more but for some strange reason I can't get enough of it!!
I heard about the watch party on Instagram & I had to go!! The drink deal was literally $3 WINE!!! How can I pass up that opportunity?? So we got there & the room was mostly women in their early 20s (like me) & the bar had the TV up at FULL VOLUME so we could all hear! It was so much fun! Getting to watch the famous "Champagne Gate" at the bar was definitely a funny experience! There was a lot of cheering & yelling (they also had the football game on low volume so any male who was there screaming at the TV was definitely not screaming about the Bachelor lol)!!
This episode was definitely a fun one to watch at the bar because the drama was funny, dramatic, & all of that fun stuff!! It also was a fun opportunity to get out of the house & be with my friends hanging out & not be out till 2am! If y'all know me well I do go out often but I am the total grandma of my friend group! My sleep is very important y'all!!! So yeah, going home from the bar at 9pm instead of 2am was definitely more my speed!
Would I attend a Bachelor Watch Party again?? 100% YES! I think any fan of the Bachelor needs to experience a watch party of some sorts whether it's inviting a few friends over to your place or going to a more public place like a restaurant or bar that's hosting a event like that! It's definitely something you need to experience. It made watching the show exciting (it was already exciting but it was a different special kind of exciting)!
I am looking forward to seeing if the bar I attended the party at is going to do it again next Monday which honestly, they had a pretty good turnout! It's a smaller bar so for how small the bar was it was fairly packed! I would love to attend a watch party during Bachelor in Paradise season (I am totally obsessed with BIP, I pretty much lowkey make my predictions all season long for BIP)!
Now onto my NEW HAIRCUT....

AFTER
I've gone this short with my hair several times before & I've just felt so much about myself when I've done it! I love having my hair this short because it's easy to keep up with & it's not too too short but it's not crazy long either. I've noticed when my hair is longer I get mistaken for a 18 year old & YIKES we don't want that! I want to look my age!!! I get more compliments that I look my age (which I'm 22 by the way if you are new to this blog) & it's a fun look to have!
