VMAs 2020: Song of the Summer Nomination Thoughts

Hey guys! I really thought my VMAs Nomination Thoughts for this year would only be one post but clearly, I was wrong! We have ONE MORE CATEGORY to talk about which just announced their official nominees & that's for "Song of the Summer"! Today, I'll be giving y'all my official thoughts on the songs nominated, who I think is going to win, & who I personally am rooting for to win.

If you're new here, I have been actively doing award show themed posts since 2017 but recently in the past year I have really dug into making predictions & actively doing music award show pots! My VMAs 2020 "Song of the Summer" Nomination Thoughts

There are OVERWHELMINGLY WAY TOO MANY NOMINEES in this category so that's going to make it nearly impossible for me to predict who exactly is going to win. I honestly can see most of these songs winning except for We Paid because I have never heard that song in my life. It's really all going to be up to what fanbase is going to vote the most & this category has a lot of REALLY POWERFUL fanbases competing against each other so it's going to be super interesting to see who's actually going to take this award! 

Since there are a ridiculous amount of nominees in this category, I will be choosing my Top 5 songs on my "Who I Want to Win" & my "Who I Realistically Think is Going to Win" lists!

Who I Want to Win:
Of course I want Harry to win because I love him SO MUCH so I am mainly rooting for him to win but the other 4 songs I listed also deserve wins but out of all 5 of these songs I picked, I definitely am rooting for Harry plus he got robbed in the major categories so he deserves this win!
