My Top 10 Favorite Moments from the Billboard Music Awards



Hey guys! This is a totally different post music award show post for me. At least for the Grammys & the VMAs, the day after I'd go back & kind of live blog my thoughts while watching it the 2nd time around but I've been so crazy busy with working lately that I simply don't have time to even do that but I still wanted to share my highlights & what I liked about this year's Billboard Music Awards so I came up with the idea to share my top 10 favorite moments & why they were my favorite moments!

My Top 10 Favorite Moments from the Billboard Music Awards (yes, it is in order)!

#1: En Vogue

I knew En Vogue's performance of Free Your Mind was going to be in my top 5 but GUYS, my MOUTH DROPPED by how amazing they sounded! 30 years later & these ladies sounded AMAZING! After the pandemic, if En Vogue comes to my area I MUST SEE THEM! I had so much fun watching their performance!

#2: Harry Styles is a Billboard winner!

Y'all already know how much I love & cherish Harry Styles & GUESS WHAT?? HE'S A BILLBOARD WINNER!!!!! I cried. If I got emotional over him winning a Billboard, the Grammys I'm going to be A EMOTIONAL WRECK!!!!! BIG CONGRATS TO HARRY!

#3: Bad Bunny

Bad Bunny is honestly one of the most entertaining people ever. His performance of Yo Perreo Sola got me off of the couch shaking my little booty! I LOVED IT SO MUCH!

#4: John Legend

John made me sob my eyes out! My heart truly goes out to John, Chrissy, & his kids during this difficult time in their lives!

#5: Kelly singing Higher Love!

Starting off the BBMAs with Kelly, The Pentatonix, & Sheila E.'s version of Higher Love. I already love this song so much & their version was such a beautiful rendition of the song. I honestly wanted to give Kelly a hug so badly during this performance because she's truly been through so much this year, my heart goes out to her!

#6: Lizzo’s Vote Dress

WE STAN LIZZO IN THIS HOUSEHOLD!!!! Lizzo's vote dress was everything! Don't forget to go out & vote!

#7: Demi

I love Demi's new song Commander In Chief & her performance of it on the BBMAs was absolutely beautiful. I wished I could've put this in my top 5 but honestly, why did they blur out Demi's message encouraging fans to vote??? That was crazy but I love Demi & the performance itself was AMAZING!

#8: Khalid winning multiple awards!

Y'all already know I love Khalid so much & I could cry over the fact he won 5 AWARDS! He truly deserves all of the recognition possible in the industry. BIG CONGRATS TO KHALID!!!

#9: Be Like That

Be Like That is my jam guys (I'm not just saying that because the song came out on my birthday)! It's so fun & catchy! The performance was super fun for me at least to watch & let's talk about how much I loved Khalid's outfit during the performance. I was literally obsessed! His stylist deserves a raise!

#10: Posty wins BIG!

I'M SO HAPPY FOR POSTY!!! This was truly Post Malone's night & in every way, shape, & form he truly deserved it! I love the Hollywood's Bleeding era so much & I'm so glad the BBMAs gave that era recognition!
